Black women in the U.K. are five times more likely to die during pregnancy and childbirth in comparison to White women according to the MBRRACE-UK Maternal Report 2018 & 2019.

Our campaign is dedicated to #PROTECTBLACKWOMEN

We work hard to raise awareness of Black women’s experiences and ensure our voices are present in key decision making spaces.

As a CIC we rely heavily on donations and fundraising to be able to meet our aims to increase awareness about this disparity, support women and other organisations that have been deeply affected, encourage research and influence government for change.
